Several of Ricky‘s famous friends reacted to the photo, including Andy Cohen, who wrote, “WOW!
Doppelgänger! Time goes so fast.” Ricky welcomed Valentino and his twin brother Matteo back in 2008 via surrogate.
He also shares daughter Lucia, 4, and son Renn, 3, with husband Jwan Yosef.
