Ricky Dene Gervais (born 25 June 1961) is an English stand-up comedian, actor, writer, film producer, director and musician. He is perhaps best known for creating, writing and acting in the British television series The Office (2001–2003). Comedian Ricky Gervais on Thursday announced “Ricky Gervais: Mortality“,” a tour he’ll head out on later this year, which will run through the end of 2025 and culminate in a new special for Netflix.

The special will be Gervais’ fourth for the streamer, on the heels of Armageddon, Humanity and SuperNature. Released last year, Armageddon was No.
