Good Morning Britain star Richard Madeley has revealed that he doesn't wear his original wedding ring - and a famous face is to blame.The TV personality made the admission as Lorraine Kelly spoke about her upcoming show on Thursday, 14 November and discussed guest Dame Maureen Lipman's engagement news.

As the hosts interacted with one another, Richard, 68, shared his own wedding anecdote and his delved into the blunder. "I lost my wedding ring because of Maureen Lipman.

We were watching her one woman show in Manchester many years ago and I had a lost a lot of weight because I had been ill," he said. "And at the end, we gave her a standing ovation and I clapped and my ring flew off, disappeared under the stage and once she was gone, I couldn't find it.
