Richard Arnold responds to Manchester United fan request for takeover update

The Glazer family announced last November they were putting the club up for sale as part of a strategic review but, almost a year later, there's no imminent sign of a takeover being completed.
Qatar-backed Sheikh Jassim and United fan and INEOS billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe both remain in the running to invest in the club, though it is unclear which direction the Glazer family will take next.
It has left United in limbo at a time when they have plenty of work to do both on and off the pitch to ensure they don't fall even further behind the leading teams in the Premier League.
