On Wednesday (December 4), the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star married fiance Jennifer Spinner in a “last minute” wedding at their home in Nashville, Tenn. Let’s do this,’” Braunwyn told People, noting that the newlyweds plans on having larger wedding celebrations in Guatemala, California and in New York in 2026. “And then when we actually have the big wedding, we won’t be as stressed out and we’ll be like, ‘This is just a party with our friends,’” Braunwyn added.

Originally, Braunwyn and Jennifer, 40, weren’t planning on getting married until October 2026, but decided to move up their wedding date “due to the uncertainty and the political and social climate around LGBTQ+ rights in Tennessee.” Braunwyn went on to say that she “just wanted to be legally protected and hopefully grandfathered in to any changes that happen” in case “gay marriage will go back to the states” under Donald Trump‘s presidency. “This is just making it legal and giving us those protections that we need as a queer couple living in the south,” Braunwyn added. Braunwyn and Jennifer first started dating in July 2022 after meeting on Instagram and got engaged on their one-year anniversary in 2023.

The former RHOC star filed for divorce from ex-husband Sean Burke in October 23, to whom she was married to for 23 years.
