People in Motherwell are more likely to cheat on their partner than residents of almost any other town in Britain, according to an “index of infidelity”.Figures from Illicit Encounters - an online dating site for married men and women - have revealed that 1421 people in the town are members.That works out as 4.45 per cent of the population, or around one in 22 - which is the fifth highest proportion of people using the cheating site in the UK.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
