Just a week after Valentine's Day, we're facing a very different occasion - it's National Break-Up Day on February 21. However, if you've recently gone through a split, relationship and break-up coach Paige Moyce has some essential tips to help you navigate this difficult time.

Sharing her wisdom on TikTok, she highlighted the "absolute worst things" to do post-break-up. "I say this to all my clients - in an emotional rollercoaster," Paige began. "One minute you're up, and the next you can be down and completely numb.

But I'm here to tell you the things you should not do." Avoid a 'rebound' Paige strongly advises against jumping into a new relationship too quickly. "The number one thing to do is stay away from rebound relationships - normally for the first eight weeks," she insists.

According to Paige, during this period, you're prone to attaching yourself to someone new because they bring positivity into your life.
