Reese Witherspoon Cites ‘Irreconcilable Differences’ in Her Divorce Filing

Witherspoon did the paperwork, according to , in the Circuit Court of Davidson County near their home in Nashville. The actor and producer cited “irreconcilable differences.”Witherspoon asked that they share custody of son Tennessee James, who’s 10, per the filing.
The document also says the couple has a prenuptial agreement. Witherspoon and Toth were married in March 2011 at her ranch in Ojai, California.
