Nicholas Galitzine and Taylor Zakhar Perez had to make the world believe that they were falling in love with one another while filming their new movie Red, White & Royal Blue.
Now they’re opening up about their chemistry and how they pulled it off. The actors play Prince Henry of Britain and Alex Claremont-Diaz, first son of the first female president of the United States, in the movie based on Casey McQuiston‘s bestselling novel.
The story documents their transition from frenemies to actual friends to eventual lovers. It also features some steamy love scenes.
During a recent interview, they talked about navigating those intimate moments on camera together. They also touched on how they developed that easy chemistry that plays out on screen.
