REBEL Wilson will be eating up to 1,000 calories more a day - now that she's reached her goal weight of 165 pounds. The Bridesmaids actress has dropped more than 40 pounds in her "year of health" transformation.
Rebel, 40, said she'll be working to "maintain" her target weight by having 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day. "I'm going to eat more and go into a maintenance phase," she told fans in an Instagram Live Q&A session on Tuesday. "It'll probably be about 2,000 to 2,500 [calories] because I do work out like a beast. "So I do need a little bit more now that I’ve hit my goal weight and maintaining it." She explained that she was on a "high protein diet" while losing the weight and would have chicken, salmon and protein shakes.
