Rebekah Vardy 'furious' as son's dad jailed for growing cannabis factory

Rebekah Vardy is reportedly “furious” after the father of her eldest son, Luke Foster was jailed for three years after being convicted of growing cannabis.The former footballer, who played for Rotherham United and Preston North End, was jailed last month after he was found guilty of growing the Class B drug at Nottingham Crown Court.

Luke was found guilty alongside two other defendants and will now face a three year stretch behind bars for the crime. Following the sentencing, Becky is now said to be hoping that it won’t have a negative impact on the teenage son the couple share.

Speaking to The Sun, a source close to Becky claims that she had only just found out about the shocking news and had been left “devastated” and “furious” at what this could potentially mean for her son. "This is devastating for Becky — she's only just found out about this, and of course she’s furious.

It’s outrageous," a source said.They told the publication: ”Her sole concern is to protect her son trying to live a quiet life, and making sure he’s surrounded by people who love him and that this has zero impact on his education and anything else that could feasibly affect a teenage boy." Rebekah and Luke previously dated for around six years between 2007 and 2013 and share one teenage son together, who was born in 2010.
