The cause of death for 26 year old rapper Enchanting has been confirmed as an accidental overdose of prescription medicationw.
According to the Dallas County Medical Examiner's office, Enchanting, whose real name was Channing Nicole Larry, took a combination of opioid painkiller Oxycodone and benzodiazepines, which can contain anti-depressants Valium, Xanax, and Klonopin.The rapper passed away on June 11 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
Just a week prior to her passing, Enchanting had teased fans about shooting a new music video, writing on Instagram: "Go sub n y'all go get a music video in bout 2 weeks. (sic)".
Enchanting's manager revealed that she had been trying to get clean and had spent the last four days at their house attempting to overcome her struggles.The manager stated: "She came to my house the last four days to get clean.
