The report states that Jabbar had 64% carboxyhemoglobin in her blood.Normal carboxyhemoglobin levels are under 2% for non-smokers and below 5% for smokers.Though carbon monoxide poisoning was the main cause of death, a toxicology report revealed that Jabbar also had oxycodone and oxymorphone at the time of her passing.
Jabbar died in July at the age of 42. She is survived by her husband, Ameen Jabbar, her three children and her parents.Her death was announced by blogger Marcella Speaks on Tuesday, July 2.“It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Keke.
She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love,” Speaks said, reading a statement on behalf of Jabbar’s family during a YouTube livestream. “She was a mom, a sister, and a great friend full of life, love and laughter,” the statement added. “She will be sorely missed and at this time, we are asking for respect and privacy in our moment of grief while we process this great loss.
