A quick-thinking stranger saved a man's life after spotting signs that he was suffering from a heart attack at a bodybuilder exhibition.
Imran Khan noticed the enthusiast looking rather unwell as he walked around the Arnold Sports Festival in September. He immediately called the man, aged 28, over to his stall in Birmingham where he hooked him up to an electrocardiogram (ECG) machine to check his heart, Birmingham Live reports.Mr Khan, who was in attendance at the show offering visitors a free blood and health screening service on a stall run by Supplements Needs, said that he had noticed the man looked pale, tired and had swollen ankles.
