The Duke of Edinburgh's funeral took place in the sunshine in Windsor, Berkshire, on Saturday afternoon. Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II, led a small group of family members as they paid tribute to her husband, who died at the age of 99.
The funeral began at 2.40pm when the coffin was carried out onto the Quadrangle and placed onto a modified Land Rover designed by the duke.
