Queen's Park have been hit with a notice of complaint for fielding Euan Henderson in their Scottish Cup fourth round tie with Inverness.
The Spiders are flying high in the Championship promotion places and won 2-0 in the Highlands thanks to goals from Dom Thomas and Scott Williamson.
They played new signing Henderson, who had signed on loan from Hearts until the end of the season during January's transfer window.
This tie originally scheduled for January 21st was played on the 31st due to a postponement, and the forward was brought in AFTER this date.
