Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may be returning to the UK at least once this year after relocating to the US. The couple has been living in Los Angeles since moving there in March just days before the country went into lockdown.

While there were reports that the couple had planned to try and visit the UK in 2020, the travel restrictions stopped them from returning.

The last time they saw the royal family was in March of last year as they carried out their final duties. Now they have formally been invited back to the UK for Queen Elizabeth’s 95th birthday.

She is hopeful that Meghan and Harry will attend Trooping the Colour in London on June 12 to celebrate her official birthday, according to The Sunday Times.
