Queen Elizabeth is honoring her late husband Prince Philip. On Saturday (April 9), the 95-year-old Queen of England shared an emotional tribute in honor of the one-year anniversary of the Duke Edinburgh’s death. A video was also released, featuring a photo montage of Prince Philip over his long life, with photos of him as a baby, naval officer, and with his four children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
The montage also featured an old photo of Prince Philip leaning over Queen Elizabeth‘s shoulder, with their faces close together. Prince Philip died on April 9, 2021 at the age of 99.
He was married to Queen Elizabeth for over 73 years. Last week, Prince Philip‘s family attended a memorial service for the late Duke in England.
