Proud gran Queen Elizabeth shares delight at attending Princess Beatrice’s secret nuptials

The secret ceremony took place on the grounds of Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew’s home at Royal Lodge and the Queen described the nuptials as a ‘very nice’ occasion.The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were just two of twenty guests invited to the intimate ceremony with Beatrice’s sister Eugenie and Edoardo’s son Wolfie also thought to be on the guest list.Beatrice and Edoardo had initially planned a bigger bash for their wedding day which was supposed to take place on the 29th May but in light of the global health crisis, they were forced to press the pause button.The couple were due to tie the knot at the Chapel Royal of St James’s Palace before moving on to an evening reception hosted by the Queen on the grounds of Buckingham.
