The family of Lisa Marie Presley are currently embroiled in a dispute over her father Elvis' $1 billion Graceland estate.Just four days after the memorial service for the king of rocks only child on January 22, her mother Priscilla filed a court order questioning the authenticity of an amendment made to Lisa Marie's living trust.
The document, which can also serve as a will, has allegedly been changed to state that Elvis' former wife is not entitled to any claim of his vast empire.
The change, made in 2016, has given complete control of the trust to Lisa Marie's children Benjamin and Riley Keogh. It is reported that Lisa has just learned of the development, which has removed her and Lisa Marie's ex-manager as co-trustees.Priscilla has suggested that her daughter's signature on the document may have been forged.
The Mirror reports that 33 year-old Riley and 77 year-old gran Priscilla "do not see eye to eye", while Lisa Marie's eldest son Benjamin died by suicide in 2020.Sources also say that the presence of Lisa Marie's ex-husband Michael Lockwood at the memorial service has also added to the family conflict, as it left some family members all shook up.
