Charles Spencer, the brother of the late Princess Diana, has paid tribute to Her Majesty the Queen on the day of her historic state funeral.
The Queen’s passing earlier this month came shortly after the 25th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death. Taking to Twitter to pay tribute to the late monarch on this sad day, Charles posted a snap of his unique golden ‘ER’ cufflinks.The ER, or EIIR, initials were the Royal Cypher of Queen Elizabeth II.The ER stands for Elizabeth Regina.
