Princes William and Harry stood together this evening alongside other members of the royal family to greet Queeh Elizabeth's coffin as it arrived at Buckingham Palace.
The brothers joined the new King and his Queen Consort, as well as their partners, including the Prince and Princess of Wales and Duke and Duchess of Sussex at the palace's entrance as the hearse arrived this evening.
The coffin travelled from Edinburgh to London today, where it arrived at RAF Northolt in north-west London just before 7pm. It was then driven to Buckingham Palace, where thousands lined the roads to pay their respects. She reminisced on spending her mother's final 24 hours with her, and said it was an “honour and a privilege” to accompany her on her “final journeys”.
