It’s been almost a week since Prince Harry said a sad goodbye to his grandmother, the Queen at her funeral on 19 September. The Duke of Sussex, 38, joined the rest of the royal family to put her late Majesty to rest in a State Funeral and Committal Service earlier this week.

While it’s not known how long at present Harry and Meghan Markle will stay in the UK before heading back to the US, they at least have a strong support system over here.

In particular, Harry has a group of friends that have been there with him for many a year. We take a look at those in the Prince’s inner circle… Tom 'Skippy' Inskip Tom 'Skippy' Inskip has been friends with the prince since childhood and, before they were married, Harry and Meghan attended Tom's wedding to Hon Lara Hughes-Young in 2017.

He is the son of Owen Inskip, a friend of Prince Charles and David Cameron, while his maternal grandfather was Labour peer Lord Rufus Noel-Buxton.
