The Duke of Sussex, 39, was all smiles and grinning for the camera as he posed in the middle of a chat with the Wrexham Football Club owner, 46.
Rob's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia co-star Glenn Howerton, 47, was also in the snap, and the trio appeared to be having a whale of a time as they enjoyed the action from a box at the stadium.
In the background, fans could glimpse scenes from the match of David Beckham's Inter Miami CF vs Los Angeles on-screen. Harry opted for an open black shirt and jeans for the sporting event, and wore his signature black thread necklace for the night out.
