Prince Harry felt uncomfortable during his fleeting visit back to the UK to see his sick father King Charles.The Duke of Sussex raced to London earlier this month to be by the King's side, just hours after the monarch told him he had been diagnosed with cancer in a private phone call.The 39-year-old prince caught an overnight flight from LA to London and was whisked straight to Clarence House for a sit down chat with His Majesty following the news of his poor health.However, this meeting, which is said to have been their first private conversation in over 15 months, lasted just 30 minutes with the duke making his way back to the US less than 24 hours after landing in England.Harry's trip sparked speculation that his estranged relationship with the monarch was on the mend and it was reported that the King was touched by his son's decision to come and see him on such short notice, the Mirror reports.The duke travelled to the UK alone without his wife Meghan Markle and their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, who remained in the US.According to Us Weekly, the solo trip back was “tough” for the prince, as he found it hard to be away from his family.
Another source told the magazine that Harry was unhappy with the uproar surrounding his return to London and decided to cut his trip short because of the negative press he received.
