A US judge has given an update regarding whether the Duke of Sussex's US visa should remain private, and it could be "disturbing" for Prince Harry.
A judge in the US has hinted at the possibility of releasing that some sealed documents from Harry's visa application. In a hearing in Washington DC, the judge expressed a desire for "maximum disclosure as long as it doesn't violate privacy".The judge also say they were "not foreclosing the possibility that there might be some possible relief" and asked Donald Trump's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide requests for redactions or "continued withholdings".
This comes after questions were raised about why Prince Harry was granted entry into the US despite admitting to past drug use in his memoir, Spare.The Heritage Foundation, a think tank, initiated a legal case, arguing that the US Government should release of records related to his visa application to ascertain whether he disclosed his drug use.
Royal expert Jennie Bond suggests this recent development could be cause for concern for Prince Harry, especially considering President Trump's previous warning that the Royal could face repercussions if he lied about drug use on his visa application.
