Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have “no option” but to attend King Charles’ Coronation in May, according to a royal expert. Harry, 38, was reported to have secured a £16 million, four-book deal with Penguin Random House - the publisher of his explosive memoir Spare.

Netflix reportedly paid £88 million for the Sussexes’ controversial documentary as part of a multi-year contract. And music streaming platform Spotify was said to have paid Harry and Meghan, 41, an estimated £18 million to produce and host podcasts.

The Sussexes’ attendance at the King’s Coronation on 6 May has been in doubt since the release of Harry’s book Spare - which contained a number of attacks on the Royal Family.
