'PrettyLittleThing banned me from shopping there – I haven't done anything wrong'

Social media users have reported being randomly banned from the fast fashion website PrettyLittleThing, and shoppers are confused.

Known for their next-day delivery services and fashion-forward clothes, many women rely on PLT for their next-day fashion needs - but often, the clothes look nothing like the photos, or the sizing completely misses the mark, so items will inevitably be sent back.

And now PLT fans are claiming it has banned accounts for 'unusually high returns activity'. Some customers are claiming they haven't even sent any items back to warrant this ban.

TikTok creator @faye_meg took to social media to ask people to "make it make sense" as she ranted about the ban she'd been put under.
