President Joe Biden took a bit of a spill during an afternoon bike ride. The 79-year-old President went for a bike ride with wife Dr.

Jill Biden in a park near their home on Saturday (June 18) in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. When he went to stop and talk to a crowd that gathered nearby, President Biden got his foot stuck on the pedal while trying to dismount, and he tumbled to the ground. The crowd then started to clap when he got back on his feet. He then stayed and chatted with the crowd for a few minutes. The White House later released a statement about President Biden‘s fall, saying that he’s doing just fine. “As the President said, his foot got caught on the pedal while dismounting and he is fine.

No medical attention is needed,” a spokesperson for the White House shared with CNN. “The President looks forward to spending the rest of the day with his family.” We’re glad to hear that President Biden is ok!
