In an exclusive interview with OK!, the soap star announced that she was 16-weeks along and is expecting a baby boy with her partner Joe McKalroy.
Steph, 31, is already mum to seven year old Caben from a previous relationship, and has shared the sweet moment that she told him that he was going to be a big brother.
In a heartwarming video, Steph and Joe could be seen giving Caben a T-shirt which revealed that he had a sibling on the way.
