Rochelle Humes has admitted she locked herself away o cry as she struggled to cope with the side effects of her third pregnancy.

The TV presenter, who is expecting a third child with husband Marvin, posted a gorgeous snap on Instagram yesterday and told fans she was having a difficult day.

Alongside a photo of herself with daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina Raine, the star confessed she had shut herself away and cried to get through the day.

She wrote: "Today has by far been one of the hardest days to get through…this 'morning' (or all day) sickness really isn't budging.
