mirror.co.ukKate Ferdinand appears to be suffering with terrible back pain as a result of her pregnancy. The former TOWIE star is expecting her first baby with husband Rio Ferdinand towards the end of this year.
The mum-to-be, 29, has been sharing updates on her pregnancy with fans on her social media, but was in desperate need of some advice on Tuesday morning.
Resting on a birthing ball, the star, who is step-mum to Rio's three children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine, made a cry for help.
She wrote: "HELP!" in capital letters to express her excruciating pain. "This back pain is becoming unbearable," the reality TV star added.
