The actress, 34, is believed to be expecting a baby with her husband Adam Brody, and was shocked by the nasty comment. They are already parents to daughter Arlo, four.
Leighton was taking part in an Instagram Live with her Single Parents co-star Kimrie Lewis, when she noticed the vile comment.
