Leighton Meester and Adam Brody fans might get to enjoy watching the pair work together for even longer after he returned to her show, Single Parents.
The pair – who famously had key roles in hit shows The O.C. and Gossip Girl – have been acting together on the small screen in the second season of her ABC series.
And Leighton loved it so much that she now feels like her husband – who plays her character’s baby daddy Derek – is very much part of her TV family too.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight about his character, she explained: ‘He is the baby daddy. In real life and not real life.
‘Sometimes I’ll be like, “Oh yeah, I forgot I’m married to you”… But it’s been really nice having him here. He’s very much a part of the family.’
