Pregnant Emily Andre shows how much son Theo has grown in rare snap on 7th birthday

Proud mum Emily Andre has shared a sweet photo of how much her son Theo has grown to mark his seventh birthday, telling fans he is "so grown up".The doctor, who is married to Peter Andre, is currently pregnant with her third child and took a moment to reminisce about how tiny her son used to be as she celebrated his birthday.Theo turned seven on Thursday and seeing her son growing older brought back all of the emotions of having a new baby for Emily, 34, as she prepares to welcome her third child with Peter, 50.

Although the couple like to keep their children's identities private on social media, Emily found a way of showing off her son by using side by side photos of her sizing her own hand against Theo's as a newborn, and now as a seven year old.

She wrote: "Had to share this…7 years apart. My little boy was so tiny and now so grown up! Happy birthday Theo, love you so much xxxxx @peterandre" Peter commented on the post with a string of love heart emojis.

Emily's fans also commented to wish Theo a happy birthday and one person wrote: "This is so special," while someone else added: "Such precious memories." Another person commented: "So cute!
