Post Office reopens after more than two years away from Ayrshire village

Springside Post Office has reopened its doors for the first time in more than two years.The branch, at the Day-Today Express store in Main Street, closed in August 2020 due to the resignation of the Postmaster.Now residents have access to services seven days a week after a new Postmaster began welcoming back customers at lunchtime today.The opening hours going forward are Monday to Friday: 9am–7pm; Saturday: 9am–2pm; Sunday: 9am–1pm.
