Fans had been sharing footage from Post’s performances, in which his eyes appeared to roll back in close-ups, he fell over and looked to struggle to get back up and behaved ‘strangely’.
They’d taken to social media to express their concerns that Post might be using drugs, which could be the cause for his unusual behaviour.
However, the singer addressed the concerns on stage in Memphis, Tennessee, on Friday, reassuring his audience that he was not using illegal substances.
