A popular national chain has announced its Manchester restaurant is to close. Côte Brasserie is shutting its site in St Mary's Street, off Deansgate next to House of Fraser, after almost a decade.
The French bistro says it has taken the decision due to the restaurant's lease coming to an end, but that it hopes to "find a new home" in the city.
The last day of service will be Saturday, February 3. It becomes the latest venue in the region to confirm it is shutting in the first fortnight of the new year alone.
