Police spotted a car 'acting suspiciously' in Heaton, Bolton, on Wednesday evening. The car then sped away along Albert Road after the driver saw the officers.
Soon after, the same car was again sighted by police. This time, police say attempts to flee failed after it was driven up Fourth Avenue, only to meet a dead end.
The driver tried to run away, but 'wasn't quick enough to get away from the officer who caught up with him just around the corner', according to Greater Manchester Police's Bolton
