Police investigating the death of a ten year old cancer patient at Glasgow’s super hospital have issued a report to prosecutors.The single force submitted a dossier amid claims Milly Main’s death was linked to the water supply at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH).Labour MSP Anas Sarwar, who has led the way in demanding answers on the case, called for a fatal accident inquiry.
