A man has died after being found with serious injuries in a Scots village just before midnight on Monday evening. Police are investigating the circumstances of his death and how he came to have his injuries following the incident on Glasgow Road, Blanefield, in Stirlingshire.Local reports say the road through Blanefield is completely closed off with a forensics team and tents witnesses at the scene.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.55pm on Monday, 31 July, police were called to a report of a man found seriously injured on Glasgow Road, Blanefield.“Officers attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene . “Enquiries are ongoing in and around the area to establish the circumstances surrounding his death and how he came about his injuries.
