Her surname has not been given by Greater Manchester Police. GMP has released a photo of Lauren along with an urgent appeal for help finding her this afternoon (Saturday).

A force spokesperson said: "Have you seen Lauren from Buxton? Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety.” Anyone with information on Lauren’s whereabouts is urged to call 999 quoting reference 1252-111023.
