PD Kyp was called in to track an offender spotted carrying a chainsaw after being reported to have fled from the scene of a crash in Hindley on Saturday.
Using scent work skills, Kyp managed to track the offender down and found him collapsed in a nearby woodland. It turns out he'd been a wanted man for more than two years but was finally caught thanks to the heroic police dog.
