Police called to Kilmarnock bus station after man is assaulted

Officers were called to the transport hub just after 7.30pm to a report of an attack on a man.Officials have confirmed today that a 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to the incident.Cops also say that the victim did not requite hospital treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.35pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024, police were called to a report of a man having been assaulted at the bus station in Green Street, Kilmarnock. “Officers attended and a 25-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
