Two police officers have successfully apprehended a pig after he was caught hogging all the greenery in some people's gardens.
The large black hog was spotted in the Southtown area of Great Yarmouth at the weekend acting like a swine and being a menace to the Norfolk residents.
Fortunately, PCs Joe Pike and Richard Bladon were on hand to apprehend the pig. They tracked down the hog and took him into their care.
The officers decided it “seemed a bit harsh to arrest the pig for criminal damage”, so instead referred him to a local animal sanctuary.
