Plans submitted to convert office in Wishaw into flats

North Lanarkshire Council has received a planning application seeking authorisation to convert an office in Wishaw into flats.ABR Properties has submitted the application, which concerns a building in Kirk Road.

It proposes that the offices be transformed into three flatted dwellings.The application does not include a request to provide additional parking facilities over what already exists, while waste storage facilities will be in the form of standard wheeled bins.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
