It includes plans for a ten-storey 'co-living' apartment complex, which lowers down to four storeys further along Eccles New Road. The design also includes resident lounges and a yoga studio. Each studio apartment will have a bedroom along with a shower room, workspace, storage, and kitchenette facilities.
Shared kitchens are planned in each of the upper floors of the building, with each floor having a laundry room, with a total of 18 washers and 18 dryers spread across the building.
