Pixies have released a new track titled ‘Oyster Beds’ ahead of their set at London’s All Points East festival.‘Oyster Beds’ is the third single released from their upcoming studio album, ‘The Night The Zombies Came’, following on from ‘Chicken’ and ‘You’re So Impatient’.The guitar-laden punk track was inspired by frontman Black Francis’ return to painting during the group’s time recording at Rockfield Studios in Monmouthshire, Wales.

And in a collection of songs in a so-called LP, you end up making a kind of movie.”The album will also feature the band’s previously released song ‘You’re So Impatient‘.Pixies teamed up with their longtime collaborator, producer Tom Dalgety, for the LP.
