Meghan Markle to Madonna, but today Piers Morgan showed his sensitive side. In view of his 7.9 million followers, he revealed regretfully his former teacher had died last night.Author Tim Adler had originally tagged his name in a post breaking the sorrowful news."Very sad news to be told that my shorthand teacher, the redoubtable June Beavers, passed away last night," the message read."Please RT to any journos who were her former pupils."Piers retweeted the announcement within minutes, adding his condolences."So sorry to hear this.

"And it has always stood me in very good stead."Tape recorders are great until they don’t work, as I once discovered when I interviewed Rod Stewart for an hour and later could only hear my voice.“Having an ability to take fast contemporaneous handwritten notes as a backup to technology is invaluable."He added: "I still use Teeline on Good Morning Britain during a big breaking news story.
