Good Morning Britain. They were discussing the latest news that Boris Johnson is set to announce a 10pm curfew for pubs, bars and restaurants in a bid to curb the spread of coronavirus.

Trying to explain the possible reason for the government making this decision, Dr Hilary began to explain: "I suppose observationally, if you look at what goes on in popular pubs, bars and restaurants there’s a greater amount of alcohol consumed."People forget then, they hug, they kiss."But when Piers argued that it will just encourage punters to drink more, faster, the TV doctor went on: "People finish work, they come home, they go out, by 10pm they're still relatively sober."You have to put a time on there if you want to restrict social gatherings.
